Refund Request

We understand that you may need to request a refund. Please choose the option below based on your installation status.

Option 1: You have not used your redemption code or completed installation

If you have purchased a TIKA Digital Key but have not used your redemption code and have not completed installation, please submit the refund request form below.

We will review your request and process the refund within 2 business days. Your refund will be returned through your original payment method. Please allow an estimated 1–3 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Option 2: Installation has been completed and there is a product quality issue

If installation has been completed and you believe there is a product quality issue, please visit a TIKA authorized service center for a complimentary inspection first. If the service center confirms a product quality issue, email us at support@tikakey.com. A dedicated specialist will follow up and assist with your refund.

Please note:

  • For completed installations, the $55 installation fee is non-refundable.
  • We cannot provide a refund for completed installations that are not related to a confirmed product quality issue.
  • A product quality issue must be inspected and confirmed by a TIKA authorized service center before a refund can be issued.
