1. How can I verify TIKA before placing an order?
Orders placed through the official TIKA website are fulfilled through in-person installation at an authorized UAE service center.
After completing your order and appointment booking, keep your installation code and present it at the selected service center for installation.
2. How do I know whether TIKA is compatible with my car?
Compatibility depends on the vehicle’s brand, model, and year.
Please select your exact vehicle on the website or check your car before purchasing.
3. How does the ordering and installation process work?
Select your vehicle, choose a plan, and book your preferred service center, date, and time. After checkout, you will receive your order confirmation and installation code.
Bring your vehicle to the selected service center, where an authorized technician will complete the installation and activation. A car manufacturer’s master account is not required. Simply register a TIKA account to activate TIKA Digital Key.
4. Which TIKA service centers are currently available?
TIKA currently has authorized installation service centers in Dubai and Sharjah.
Additional service centers are being introduced across other areas. Our Abu Dhabi service center will be available for installation bookings soon. Stay tuned for the official opening announcement.
5. How long does installation take? Will any wires be cut?
Installation takes approximately one hour.
TIKA uses a model-specific plug-and-play harness, so no wire cutting is required. The device is installed behind the vehicle’s interior panels and is not visible after installation.
6. Will installing TIKA affect my vehicle’s original warranty?
No. Installing TIKA Digital Key will not affect your vehicle’s original warranty.
TIKA uses a plug-and-play T-harness, so no wire cutting is required. No programming or modification of the vehicle’s original system is involved.
7. How does the 7-Day Trial work?
The trial begins after TIKA Digital Key has been installed and activated.
You pay a $15 Refundable Trial Deposit online and a $55 installation fee at the authorized service center. There is no subscription fee during the seven-day trial.
To continue after the trial, subscribe in the TIKA App for $120 per year or $300 for three years. If you do not subscribe in the TIKA App, all TIKA features will be suspended after the trial.
8. What warranty support does TIKA provide?
Your TIKA warranty remains active as long as your subscription remains active.
TIKA provides free inspection, diagnosis, repair, re-installation, or replacement for TIKA product and standard installation quality issues during the active subscription period.
9. What features are included?
Depending on your vehicle’s brand, model, and year, TIKA Digital Key supports features such as:
- Lock and unlock
- Remote engine start
- Remote A/C control
- Window or trunk control
- Vehicle location
- Vehicle status information
- Digital key sharing

10. Can I cancel and receive a refund before installation?
Yes. If your installation code has not been used and installation has not been completed, you may request a refund in accordance with the TIKA Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.
