What do I pay when I book?
You pay AED 18 (US$5) online as the Booking Fee to reserve your installation.
Does the Booking Fee include installation or subscription?
No. The AED 260 installation fee and your selected subscription fee are paid separately.
Is the TIKA Device included?
Yes. The vehicle-specific TIKA Device is included free with this offer. Professional installation and a paid subscription are still required.
When do I pay for the subscription?
You pay later in the TIKA App after installation. Choose AED 500 for 1 year or AED 1,150 for 3 years.
When and where will I receive the coupons?
Both coupons will be issued to your personal TIKA App account after your paid subscription is activated.
Can I use TIKA by downloading the app only?
No. A compatible TIKA Device must first be professionally installed in your vehicle.
